Our goal of becoming our clients’ highly-valued human capital advisor has led us to develop the McCormick Evaluation. To provide even more powerful insight into who candidates are, what motivates them and how they will fit in clients’ companies, we have created a dedicated Human Capital Assessment and Development practice area. This area is staffed by Organizational Psychologists, with a combined 75 years of experience in evaluating the personality traits, temperament and skills job candidates need to fit well with their new job and their new company.
Because we take the time to apply this additional layer of assessment, we enhance our candidate evaluation process, and we increase the benefits clients derive from our services. Our Organizational Psychologists’ expertise lets you know who you are getting when you select a candidate. We set the standard by providing richer insight into a candidate’s fit to the job, to the chemistry of the team, and to the culture that you as an executive are trying to build.
And, our McCormick Evaluation process doesn’t stop there. We use these assessment findings as the basis for On-Boarding coaching with a newly-hired employee – to make sure that the new hire gets up to speed as quickly as possible. We also “coach” the hiring executive on how to work most effectively with the new employee to make this happen. On-Boarding coaching accelerates the speed with which new employees contribute value to the business. |
